That is decided at the house, not by the year it was built. We look at how the heat is distributed today, which heating surfaces are there and what can be changed for a reasonable effort. Only then do we say whether and how it works.
Heat pump in Geilenkirchen: the place first, the equipment second.
Jansen GmbH Gebäudetechnik plans your heat pump, installs it and connects it. We start outside, because that is where it is decided how quiet, how reachable and how unobtrusive the finished installation will be.

01Foreword
What comes before the equipment
A heat pump is a machine that stands outside and works inside. Before anyone talks about makes and models, we settle three things that are hard to change later.
The outdoor unit needs clear air in front of it and behind it, ground that carries the weight, and a route for the condensate. Everything else is design: a gravel bed, a hedge at the right distance, a perennial that stands in front of it in summer and leaves the way clear in winter.
We choose the position so that you can work in front of it in spring without moving the unit, and so that nobody has to scrape snow out of the evaporator in January.
- 01
The place
Where the outdoor unit stands governs the path of the air, the distance to the boundary and what you and your neighbours notice. We look at the garden before we propose anything.
- 02
The house
How heat is distributed inside decides what flow temperature makes sense. We record the heating surfaces, the hot water and the building envelope together, room by room.
- 03
The connection
A heat pump is an electrical installation as well. The meter cabinet, the protection and the supply cable belong in the planning, not among the surprises on the day of the build.
02Services
What we take on
From the first survey to the handover the installation stays with one company. You have one contact for the heating and for the power.
Ask about a service- 01
Survey on site
We look at the house, the heating and the plot, and we listen to what you still plan to do with the garden.
- 02
Planning and sizing
Heat load, heating surfaces and hot water belong together. What follows from them is which machine fits and where it can stand.
- 03
Position and base
Ground, height, the route of the condensate and the distances to the boundary, the wall and the planting.
- 04
Hydraulics and hot water
Connection into the existing circuit, cylinder, pumps, valves and the insulation of the pipework.
- 05
Electrical connection
Supply cable, protective devices and meter cabinet, carried out by the company on its own electrical side.
- 06
Commissioning and handover
Settings, heating curve, hot water times and an explanation you can actually remember.
- 07
Servicing and callouts
Checks on the installation and a named contact when something is not right in winter.
03Process
From the first call to the first heating season
Five steps, in this order. Each one ends with something you can hold in your hand.
- 01
You get in touch
By telephone or through the form. Say briefly whether this is a new build, a replacement or an addition.
- 02
A visit to the house
We look at the heating, the heating surfaces, the meter cabinet and the garden, and we take measurements.
- 03
Proposal and quotation
A written proposal naming the position, the parts of the installation and the work, item by item.
- 04
Build and connection
Base, machine, hydraulics, electrics. The site stays as small as it can be.
- 05
Commissioning and handover
Balancing, instruction, documents handed over. After that we remain your contact.
04Pictures
Looking at the surroundings
Where an outdoor unit stands, the garden has a say. These pictures show the situations that decide it: gravel bed, kerb, hedge, grasses.

05Questions
What people ask
Six questions that come up in almost every first conversation.
It needs clear air, firm ground and a distance from the boundary, the wall and the planting that suits the building regulations and the plot. Which spot in your garden that is, we settle during the visit.
An outdoor unit is not silent. That is exactly why the position is a planning question and not a leftover task: direction, distance, ground and surroundings have to be considered together, before anyone digs.
Sometimes yes, often only in a few places, occasionally not at all. It depends on the flow temperature the existing surfaces need. We record that room by room instead of guessing at it.
We do. The managing director Lennard Jansen holds the German qualification Elektrotechnikermeister (erworben in Deutschland). Supply cable, protection and meter cabinet therefore do not go through a second firm.
Yes. The company is based in Gangelt, and the work is in Geilenkirchen and the places around it. Simply tell us where the house is.
06Area
